The Memory of Faye Kennedy

In June 1993, Elizabeth Stevens, 18, was murdered on her way home from the bus stop. Her death began a seven-week reign of terror for the people of Frankston. Fay Kennedy told the courier mail, I hope the creator awareness and let children know there are some nasties out there. The plaque reads, Dedicated in loving memory of Deirdre Marie Kennedy, But we shall love and think of you, as long as time shall last. A life that touches others goes on forever.
