The Social Is Not an Aspect of Human Nature, Right?

The social is a technology, something that's useful to various degrees. So then they get the arguments about what's useful. Is universal healthcare useful? Is universal education useful? And that becomes the content of liberal politics. The state emerges in the theory as compromise, right? The social emerges as a compromise.
