The Importance of Directness in Feedback
I've worked with a lot of founders and CEOs who can be quite direct. Sometimes that's very helpful because it's so my general belief is that people oftentimes need to develop range. If you overdo directness all the time, that can cause resentment and people can have really bad impacts on company performance. I think what's I've worked with some great leaders who are very, very direct. And sometimes it's incredibly useful.
