The other the other thing that I've been trying to get better at is habits versus goals. There's a good article out of Patrick O'Shaughnessy talks about like the goal free life. And that's like for that's been most successful for me has been exercise. Sophia: What are the habits that you build that have a trickle down effect in the rest of your life?
