I love that that's what like it's the fuse of energy and then you just like get going. Thank you so much for sharing all of that. I really want to know like how did you come to find that teaching like where did that begin? Yes. So basically, you know, a lot of what we're here to do is to really just kind of like download our own information from our higher self.
