Dominic Casey was a private investigator who worked for Casey's attorney, Jose Baez. As part of a later lawsuit, Dominic filed an affidavit stating that Baez had told him that Casey murdered and dumped the body somewhere. He also stated that Casey had been having an affair with Baez,. alleging he had walked in on Casey nude in Baez's office - which is a big no-no.
