There were four other people who were invited to testify at this subcommittee hearing. One was a copyright lawyer who is named Si Damway and he was actually the former head of the US Copyright Office. There's also a musician named Dan Navarro who had this really great turn of phrase where he said, can a computer generated song ever give you goosebumps? And he argued like, well, it can't because a computer could never have a Goosebumps. I disagree that I can talk a while later if you're interested. Jeff Sedlek  is an expert on image licensing. He argues for license-based approaches to how we as AI researchers should access copyrighted data.
