The Effects of Heating and Cooling on Households
One major thing that people are doing is refusing to install air conditioning. They also have some pretty complicated practices related to heat flushing and passive cooling. But it also really depends on the household because some of the more health oriented households like I mentioned, my informant Heather told me she doesn't think about saving energy at all.
