I Owe Nearly Half a Million Dollars in Capital Gains for 20 21
An anonymous commenter on a popular social media site posted that they lost all their money in two separate years. The person says, i owe nearly half a million dollars in capital gains for 20 21. What can i do? Is it even possible to use my losses to offset the gains? This is going to become an issue because these are distinct tax filing periods,. most corporations and mpanies are on calendar year, but there are fiscal year filers also.
