The traditional French diet is starch and fat. Most animal fat. And the French are very lean or traditionally have been very lean until the past 30 years as they've added sunflower seed oil that they that they like for whatever reason. The Japanese eat a lot more fish and a lot more omega three than the Chinese do. What we need to do, that sort of research needs to be done to really nail it down and figure out what the best tweak to the system would be,.
