Nietzsche: Genghastro Tagati means as the Ganges moves, the current as the river. He is among men who karmagati means 'the way frogs walk', he says. And so, I think Nietzsche is implying the Germans are these sort of like slow, stubborn, block-headed people. Or maybe he's simply saying, this is the lot of the philosopher in general - that the tempo of our thought makes us different.
