Find a mirror and go stand in front of it. Take a deep breath, remembering that memory you just recalled. Notice how your inner self responds positively to seeing you with this sense of confidence. There might be a sense of being lighter, like you have a bit more energy and sureness in your step. And once you've allowed this memory to completely fill your mind and body, you can just feel that this, let it begin to drift away.
