I think like most of us have like part of us is just lazy like we want things to go smoothly and make things just happen. So as for working out for example let's say okay we want to work out in the morning tomorrow and then you don't prepare so you're setting yourself up for a stressful unorganized situation. I appreciate you highlighting them and putting them in the video because it is the small things that often hold us back because we make them bigger in our head yeah.
