The danger here ist the relief will be selective, and it will be chosen by type and jurisdiction. 20 million homes can't pay utility bills. A significant number of small businesses can't pay their rent. But corporate profits are up because they have no problem passing through their costs to consumers. And now, on top of all of this, you know, we're in a recession.
