Russia's Manpower Crisis in Ukraine

I don't get the sense that this impacts the people of matter in Russia very much. It certainly doesn't feel like it's the elite that's leading the fight there. Ukraine has suffered perhaps the most catastrophic economic, I'm sorry, population collapse. They're drawing their troops from outside of the five major urban areas as a general rule.
