Fludricortisone and Inceptic Shock

A new study shows that in about 21 patients, a third of them had undetectable fludricortisone levels after an oral dose and things. The authors did what they called a target trial emulation to try to account for the known limitations with retrospective data. If you're asking me, do I recommend it? Not really, but if someone feels strongly about it, am I dying on that hill? not really.
