Optimism in the House Over the Debt Ceiling Deal

US House leaders on both sides expressing some optimism that the debt ceiling bill will pass and it will happen tonight. Democrats stepped in to help Kevin McCarthy, which is a very interesting signal. China's actions in the air regarding close flybys against not only US but other countries is growing.
