New Year, New Team Structure

This is like new year, new team structure, or welth. What was it before and what is it changing to? Ok, so for example, we had very, i guess i would call it like, discipline managers. And now we've moved to a more like, it's now called like, a u x manager. So it's multi discipline. A u x manager can manage a designer, researcher, content strategist. I'm excited about the multi disciplinary managers. But i also, like, understand that folks might feel weird reporting to a manager whose expertise is not in your discipline.
