The Importance of Meeting in the Middle
Aubrey: The sign of a successful negotiation is that both people feel like they compromised and they got something. If we say we're meeting someone halfway, it's like, we have the amount they offered what we want to pay. We'll meet them in the middle. And then another example is the seller is asking for a million and we offered 500k. So we'll meet them halfway and pay 750k. Maybe that'll be our title today. A little role play Aubrey.
