The New Home Sales Market Is Just a Different Planet
The days on market grow is my thing. I want to see that above 30 days. Once we get the national inventory back to 2019 levels, Oh yeah, savagile healthy market is gone. But yeah, the new home sales market is just think of it as a different planet. It's historically the biggest ever recorded in recent history because these two marketplace are extremely different with their inventory channels and you make the point that the existing homes are always cheaper than new homes.
