The Connection Between Citizens United and the Supreme Court Decision
CNN's John Sutter says he has a feeling this case is going to be appealed and may go up to the Supreme Court. The groups that were set up by Whole Souther were these nonprofit groups, one called Generation Now, another one called Partners for Progress. These were basically shell organizations, shell companies, to allow first energy to put its money into political advocacy. But in this case, I mean, they just use the same tactics that are used day in and day out in this country with these nonprofit groups.
