Um, You're Not Going to Be Using Refactoring Tools in a Package Manager
In dark, everything is kind of a function. There's not really very many other constructs in it. The refactoring tools are going to be written in dark and then put into a package. Down the road, I want people to distribute whole applications in dark. And we'd be able to write our own system after contracting with another company.
