The Power to Deliberate vs the Power to Choose

Some of us solve intellectual problems by going through a series of steps. Others just see the answer right away, and in the extreme case, they skip all the steps. People who solve problems like this are very skillful intellectual agents. Here again, the point is that evidence in skill go with simplicity, with lack of parts, and then scale it up to infinity.
