Homelessness and the City of Asheville - What's the Future of America?

Asheville is so upfront that it wouldn't prosecute felony littering. But when it comes to aiming to disrupt a kind of community care and political speech, they're willing to expend an incredible amount of resources on it. A consultant group presented findings about what should actually be done to end unsheltered homelessness in Asheville. No one was allowed to talk except for council members and commissioners who were presenting the findings. The city's making choices that seem so misaligned with what we actually are capable of offering each other.
