The Importance of Communication in the Workplace

There's a very small number of people that we work with and you bring in additional individuals when needed. So well the problem was I like again I don't I also don't want to speak ill of them but the problem was that there were just too many people involved in the process. And what I what has been incredibly helpful working with you and Sam Tuckin general is that there's not a whole lot of overhead on how things need to be communicated. The degree to which you cared about our problems being shared with the two of us really shows the partnership.
