So and then that that one smaller team can be with that customer through the entire journey,. from kind of initial contact all the way through to supporting them once they've been a customer for years. We have a no usa team focused on us. Practices team focused on canadian, u, k, australia, and then we have special teams for like, mental health practices. And so we're kind of were sharting like a ta base m we're splitting up our team like ana, horizontally in that way.
