IBS Symptom Synopsis - Is There a Dysbiosis?

Food poisoning or infection triggers an autoimmune attack, damages the motility apparatus. It might be that there's some residual dysbiosis that's causing the immune system to keep mounting this autoimmune attack. If we can treat a person and their symptoms and if their symptoms to normal, that likely gives us the highest probability that they will no longer have dysbiosis. But even if I'm wrong, if you have no symptoms, who really cares?
