Sally Kohn: We're mesmerized by sticker prices. For-profit colleges are jacking up their tuitions, in part because they know that anyone that they enroll can take out these federal loans. Most of the people who end up with $60,000 in debt pay off their debts; there's not a crisis per se. She says we need to create circumstances under which everybody has access to investment opportunities for individuals and society.
