Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey: Hiring is hard, and we certainly haven't always got it right. He says there's intense competition for great candidates in an environment where they have lots of options. Dorsey recalls a hiring mistake that caused him to part ways with someone he thought was good but who ended up wearing people out.
