Women's Black Belt Training Is Still So Rare
The only way i was able to de coach was either kids or you can start a ladi's class. I've always found it interesting that at a lot of jims, the assumption is that women's classis must be run by by women. The idea of a woman running a general class is just, it's still so rare. Women have to create their own gim to become the head coach. Wher nothing goes to show how much work we still have to do.
