Sled Drags and Sled Pulls for Re Training

In American training culture thereis too much emphasis of time under the bar and not enough emphasis of pushing heavy stuff around. These are tremendously strengthening and athletically hancing activities. A to be a spine sparing sled drag is like a tail pull that right through your so the force factor is up through your axial spinal column. Now you you're becoming a draft horse. It just makes tremendous sense to me, precision, precision training. So, well, i hope it does, because it has to make sense to mes. I don't do it s i'm a pretty simple guy. It'sa yet. It's got to make it's got to be.
