meditation tends to bring me peace and a greater sense of appreciation and joy. If you don't like sitting meditation, i also get the same thing from walking very slowly, ridiculously slowly. I would never do this in a crowd, but i've done it around gardens and parks wherelike, the movement of each foot from heel to toe is so deliberate and smooth that i'm basically not even jos ing the rest of my body. Basically, it looks like i'm walking in slow motion, probably im other than i'm not doing like, stupid arm movements or something. But it makes me calmer and more patient.
