There are people out there who have discovered that they can gain a lot of clout, you know, maybe make money by provoking and aggravating the very normal human fears and anxieties. And we see it amongst the audience of our gurus as well where people have a natural proclivity, I suppose, towards conspiratorial paranois and neuroses. So how do we think about these actors and those dynamics within these social media ecosystems? That became really a central focus of the work that we did during COVID.
