The Skill of Leadership in the Workplace and at Home

The skill of leadership in the workplace and at home is not something that you can actually learn. Having read a book on jugits is not going to help you on a street fight. Leadership is a skill that has to be practised and improved upon under experienced guidance and instruction. And most importantly, it doesn't get you what you really want, positive impact and actual bottom line results. That is why i did the hard work of designing and developing the hero's journey leadership development cycle. I needed it to develop my own teams leadership skills, courage, confidence and emotional intelligence so they could lead better lives.
