The History of Tattoos

The word britain actually comes from the island's ancient love of body art. When the romans invaded in the first century b c e, they found the inhabitants covered in blue markings. The land of the painted ones eventually became known as britain. There is so much to the history of tattoos that we're going to have a whole episode to it in the future.
