How to Make Your Union More Organized
"It feels really bad, but it's also like, what can we do differently? How can we do this more safely?" he says. "I think the, you know, our union is a great way to have a solid base of organizing where we don't need to recreate a lot of this infrastructure every time something happens" Google laid off 12,000 people in January and was able to get them back on their feet because they had an organization that could organize for them. The company has not yet been affected by recent layoffs at Amazon or other major tech companies.
