Jimmy, i'd loved to talk a little bit about training modifications. I'm a huge advocate for some sort of strength training throughout most of the season. The biggest thing is just having a good line of communication with your athlete so that they feel comfortable and they have the means to communicate with you. Don't don't throw a 12 mile progression run at them when they haven't done more than an hour long run, or something.
