What Is the Difference Between Probability and Probability?

Nassi: I think the key thing here is that you can say that a in a given moment of time, there's a percentage chance that something, the event, the risk, will happen. There's a difference between the probability of its happening in each individual event and the cumulative probability of something happening given a long enough time. And so this is very important to realize, because certain kinds of risks are non godic. If the risk, the t event, happens, that is the end. Nothing else will come along after that.
