When I was a raw vegan for about seven months, I had the same thing. A running poop is not that great. It's just like, it's sort of wipe and it's just, it's no good. Like nobody wants to be walking around with their stomach hurting and bloating and farting all day. And so that's what I try to say with my messaging is look, if you're having amazing poops on vegetables and you don't have gas and bloating or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel syndrome or fatigue or joint pain, then maybe vegetables are no big deal for you.
