ACL Injuries - What Are the Most Common Types?

The peak age at which these tend to occur is probably between 18 and sort of 25. About two-thirds of ACL injuries will occur without any other player involved. There are lots of different ways the knee can be injured with the ACL and potentially other structures. And so I think it's important to frame the contact and non-contact injuries in terms of how that might affect how you respond to rehabilitation as well.
