The Columbia Coaching Program Continues to Grow

The Columbia coaching program is, it's two week residential and then sort of an eight month online practicum. And so we have in the, as part of the advanced program, people do a research project. And we've had a number of students who have chosen team coaching as their project. We're looking to offer an advanced offering and team and group coaching but our focus is on really on the basic skills.
