The Difference Between Fomo and Anxiety
If you have crippling FOMO, don't be checking on your phone to see what people are doing at that event. Be intentional with your plans for yourself and for your life. You're not going to fee that you're not somewhere else. If you tie up your identity to always being a part of everything,you never give yourself the chance to look forward to not going out. It's okay to feel God, I would have loved to be there. But fomo causes you anxiety and fee, actual fee.
