What's Different From Southern Style of Martial Arts?

There's third edition exalted charms number of boons in here. None of them are broken down by chains. So I guess that makes me good at the soft style of martial arts, which is like Aikido and jujutsu. How is it different from southern style? What you're good at if you have mental really high? There's so much martial arts shit in here. Every time I looked at it, it was like, oh, these are all exactly the same. The only reason I don't know how it changes in boons is because there are five million boons. Yes. And all of them.
