There's a lot of language in there that comes straight out of the biblei also, great song to help of the present. I was ache when i went to italy and they used that. Er wher? Where does that come from? Then, that comes from the north east of the united states. It was an inn joke amongst a small group of educated, young americans in about the 18 sixties. They had lots of words that they changed the pronunciation, and that was one of them. And it just caught on.
