On Tuesday evening, President-elect Donald Trump appointed tech billionaire Elon Musk and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to head a new initiative called the Department of Government Efficiency, or "DOGE." The goal of this department is to reduce government waste and regulation. Mitch Daniels, co-chair of the Committee For a Responsible Federal Budget, will discuss areas where the government is misallocating funds, the national debt, and what this department might entail.
