What Is the Purpose of a Seawall?

The original intention was for sure just getting people to enjoy the outdoors, right? Right. This beautiful park, you know, and the ocean views we have around it. So why do you want to fill it with businesses and vape shops and God knows what to grow that up and ruin the experience? Yeah. I mean, there's certainly parts of it that happened to work pretty well as transportation corridors, but the original intention was definitely recreation.
