A Strange Fire Burned on Wimbledon Park Road
Wiesom Medonie, 40, told firefighters there was nothing to worry about. The fire crew sifted through the ashes and found items of clothing,. jewelry, and a pair of badly charred eyeglasses. Pieces of cooked chicken had also been thrown on the burning body in a crass attempt to disguise it. Among two black into logs were human fingers and a nose. Police could not determine the person's age or gender.
