The Importance of Recalling Trauma

I think people forget that they should report memoir I think they forget that they can that reporting is as easy as calling well and in your case as difficult as calling a friend and saying what do you remember but that we need to be prepared for their responses. great response that's very very helpful  for me writing about it was cathartic because I actually could think through it but there were times where I was crying so much writing it that I had to leave the room and not look at what I'd written for a week. For all my traumas is that they are part of me and something that I can share but they don't define me"
