Regression to the Mean and the Law of Large Numbers

The law of large numbers states that as a sample size becomes larger, the sample mean gets closer to the expected value. This also applies to say even odds on the rolling of a D6, of a six sided die. But if you only flip the coin 10 times, you might not see this breakdown. So these are not exactly the same thing regression to the mean and the law of big numbers but closely related.
