There are reasons to be optimistic but it's an uphill battle for sure Nigel. We have just had two incredible years of massive deregulation getting rid of COVID regulations piece by piece that follows a massive increase in regulation. I think bring back the regulatory budget set goals like reduction targets 25 30% reduction goals based on the budgets and more of the self-binding regulation sunset provisions.
